Refund & Cancellation Policy
Overview
StarsScale is a subscription-based SaaS platform. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how refunds are granted, how to cancel your subscription, and what happens to your data after cancellation.
Free Trial
All paid plans start with a free trial. No payment is charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your selected plan will activate and your payment method will be charged.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- 14-working-day refund window: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 working days of the billing date. Refund requests made after this window will not be eligible.
- First billing cycle only: Refunds apply to the most recent charge. We do not issue refunds for previous billing cycles.
- Unused annual plans: If you purchased an annual plan and request a cancellation within the 14-working-day window, you will receive a full refund for the annual charge.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Refund requests made after the 14-working-day window.
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Charges for add-on services consumed or partially used.
- Promotional or discounted plans where refund exclusion was explicitly stated at purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within the eligible window:

- Subject line: Refund Request — [Your Account Email]
- Include: your account email, order/invoice number, and reason for the refund.
We will review and process your request within 5–7 working days. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard under Dashboard → Billing → Cancel Subscription.
- Monthly plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date and will not be charged for the next cycle.
- Annual plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual period. No partial refunds are issued for unused months unless the cancellation is requested within the 14-working-day refund window above.
- Data retention: After cancellation your data (campaigns, QR codes, reviews) is retained for 30 days. After that it may be permanently deleted. Export your data before cancelling.
Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks can result in immediate account suspension. If you believe a charge was unauthorised or in error, please email support@starsscale.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
